Nope. It’s for any team that wants to communicate better, argue less, and have way more fun—starting now.
We're busy. Will we actually have time to put this book into practice?
Yes. Most tools take 10–20 minutes. The goal is “maintenance mode,” not marathon sessions. Plus, if you pre-ordered, you got the Workbook that walks you through implementing in bite-size pieces. If you missed the pre-order, the workbook will be available on Amazon soon.
Is it swear-y?
Occasionally. We’re honest, playful, and practical. Think straight talk from two coaches who actually do this at home.
Do we both need to read it?
Extremely helpful, but not required. Whichever one of you is the leader can start building the momentum. That’s how every great team turns around a season.
